  We, Filipino and Americans, and all devotees of the Santo Nino de Cebu, residing in the United States and foreign countries, who commune with us in our ideals and aspirations, in order to establish closer ties amongst us, foster effectiveness, meaningful cooperation, promote the common good and general welfare, do organize ourselves into a brotherly association.

     The object and purpose of this organization is to serve Santo Nino for peace and the dignity of man through the annual veneration; to honor and celebrate the fiesta of the Santo Nino de Cebu and in order to foster the spirit of respect and understanding among our people through this sacred, cultural and historical tradition; therefore:
