I am delighted to extend warm greetings to the members of the Cebu Association of California and to all others taking part in the Filipino Fiesta of the Santo Nino de Cebu Week in San Francisco.

This important religious and ethnic celebration provides an important link between the cultural and spiritual sections of your community, along with the parades and pageants in association with it. Nothing shows more dramatically than this event the continued faith in God and traditional values and institutions in San Francisco's Filipino community, and indeed all parts of this great nation.

Nancy joins me in wishing all an enjoyable and memorable fiesta. May God continue to richly bless you.
